    6th Music Festival & Adjudication Schedule - Thursday, May 8  

    • 8:20: Teachers release students to music teacher's classrooms at regular class time  

    • 8:30: Orchestra warms up in gym; Band warms up in Band room; Choir warms up in Choir room. Music teachers escort students to the gym.  

    • 9:00: Clinicians enter Gym 

    • 9:00: Orchestra in place 

    • 9:05: Dane welcomes and opens in prayer / introduces Orchestra

      • Explains that clinicians will be providing constructive feedback and working with the students on ways they can improve their performance. 


    • 9:15-9:40: Orchestra performs then the clinician gives feedback & works with the orchestra

    • 9:45-10:10: Band performs and the clinician gives feedback & works with the students

    • 10:15-10:40: Choir performs then the clinician gives feedback & works with choir

    • 10:45: Dane prays and dismisses – release to music classrooms / if needed, put your instruments away
